Cancellation / Refund Policy

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of

Yousuf & Abdullah Saad Sons Co. L.L.C.'s Website, located at

https://zaintraveltourism.com/. By accessing this website, we assume you

accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Zain Travel &

Tourism if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated

on this page.

1. Airline Ticket Cancellation / Refund Policy

All refunds for airline tickets are strictly subject to the respective airline

policies.

 A refund cannot be guaranteed on fully or partly unused tickets

unless the concerned Airline's policy expressly allows for the same.

 Any refund, if permitted by the Airline, will be processed upon

submission of the original ticket at any of the Zain Travel and Tourism

outlets.

 The final refund amount is subject to a deduction against the gross

refund value for both existing Airline cancellation charges and ticket

service fees.

 The refund amount, if any, will be refunded on the 15th day from the

day of receipt of the original ticket.

2. Hotel and Tourist Reservation Cancellation / Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policies for all hotel and tourist reservation

services (including package tours, activities, and standalone hotel

bookings) are determined by the specific terms imposed by



third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, tour operators) and the timing of the

cancellation request.

General Submission and Exclusions

 Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted by

the Client in writing via email to the company's customer support

team.

 Non-Refundable Services: Certain bookings, such as promotional

deals, last-minute sales, or specific non-refundable rates, are not

eligible for a refund.

Hotel Reservation Policy

 Refund eligibility for hotel bookings is solely determined by the

cancellation policy of the individual hotel.

 No refunds will typically be processed for cancellations made within

48 hours of the scheduled check-in date.

Tour Package Policy

Refunds for comprehensive tour packages are processed on a sliding scale

based on the number of days before the scheduled travel date:

50% refund of the total package cost.

No refund will be issued; 100% of the package

No-Show and Partial Use

 No-Show: No refunds will be provided if the client fails to appear for

the scheduled trip, activity, or hotel check-in.

 Partial Use: Refunds do not apply to partially utilized services, such as

unused hotel nights, missed tours, or components that the client opts

not to use during the trip.

These policies are subject to change at any time without notice. Please
